About the project
Web design and development for Plumb REP, specialists with more than 30 years in the comprehensive management of home insurance claims.
Plumb REP is a business group with more than 30 years managing assistance and repair of home insurance claims for the leading insurers and banks in Spain. They operate in Murcia, Alicante, Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza, with more than 35,000 claims handled in 2023 and a network of 204 field technicians. I designed and developed the corporate site myself —Sergio Soler, directly— focused on clarity, accessibility and trust towards insurers, banks and individuals.
I structured the site's information so every profile —end client, insurer or banking partner— finds what they need in two clicks: from filing a claim to checking the team, the 24/7 services or the managed offices.
Adapted to every device, of course.

Scope
I took on the entire visible layer of the product: research, information architecture, wireframes, UI design and front-end development. A single owner from idea to browser.
The goal was to convey the solidity of a group with three decades of track record without giving up modern web execution: clear typography, measured pacing, discreet interactions and careful performance, consistent with the seriousness of the insurance sector.

I designed the full experience and visual system, and translated it into front-end code myself: no middlemen between the idea and the site in production.

Results
What does this project bring to the client?
Plumb REP surpassed 35,000 claims managed in 2023, with more than 300,000 claims in its history, 21 bank offices managed and 195 properties served. The new website organizes that track record into a clear digital presence for insurers like AXA, BBVA, Generali or Línea Directa, and for any partner looking for a trusted home-insurance repair group.
A proprietary site, maintained over time, that reflects the group's operational deployment: every new office, service or territory has a clear place to communicate, without depending on external agencies.
